Kristie Barnett is the founder and trainer of the Psychological Color Expert™ and RESA®-accredited Expert Psychological Staging® courses and has mentored hundreds of professionals across North America. Kristie authored Psychological Staging® – The Home Staging Secrets of The Decorologist®, has written over 1,300 design articles, and has been featured in dozens of national magazines and online news outlets.
Kristie has served as a Regional Vice President (2014-2017) and State President (2018) for RESA®. Awards include FIXR Top Influencer in Home Design (2021, 2020), Build’s Home & Garden Best Staging Specialist (2020), Design Hounds Top 10 Influencer (2018), and the following RESA® awards: Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging (2018-2020), Top 10 Redesigner (2019, 2020), Redesigner of the Year (2017), Innovative Product/Service of the Year (2016), Top 10 Professional Stager (2015), Top 10 Occupied Stager (2015), Best Occupied Stager – North America (2013).
