About Lia Rogers

Founder | Reinvention Intentions LLC

Lia Rogers is an award-winning home stager and Owner of Reinvention Intentions LLC. She began her passion for re-design and staging over 20 years ago when she would consult family and friends when they were looking for a change in their home aesthetics or were putting their property on the market for a quick sale and profit. In 2012, Reinvention Intentions LLC was founded to meet the growing demands of top realtors who realized the value of incorporating Staging into their marketing strategy, home sellers who gained from their homes reduced days on market, and home buyers who benefitted from a turn-key property.

Lia left her 20+ year career at a corporate big box office supply company where managed 17 small diverse businesses across north America with a focus on Supply Chain Diversity sales. Her responsibilities included providing access to corporate contracts to businesses owned by: Minority, Women, Gay and Lesbian, Disabled Veterans, and Small businesses. She left her corporate career to pursue her dream of owning and operating a staging company, but never lost her love for the important work in the diversity space.

Lia has a proven record of showing her clients how to add more value to their home by providing the tools to prepare and show case ANY home for sale. She works with consumers, real estate agents, investors, developers, or anyone with a need or desire to make their home look its best quickly, easily, and for maximum profit.

Her proven record also extends to the Short-Term rental hosts and property managing community where she helps them to achieve excellence in hospitality through proven design and setup strategies

Further, Lia has successfully transferred her knowledge of business, and love of design, to develop relationships with Fix and Flippers and well-known investors around the NJ and Philadelphia area and is looked to as a top consultant to accomplish a trending aesthetic to get a property sold quickly, and for more money.

Most recently, Lia has enjoyed the honor of bringing awareness to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by serving as RESA Diversity Committee Chair.

Her favorite quote…Diversity is being asked to the party. Inclusion is being asked to dance, and equity is ensuring everyone has appropriate transport to the dance, regardless of their starting location.
