What is the cancellation policy for RESACON 2021?

Due to RESACON going virtual there will be no cancellations. Tickets are non-transferable. 

For attendees who registered for RESACON, but were not able to attend, you will receive a credit to be used towards the purchase of individual recorded sessions.  Attendees who attend RESACON will have access to all available recordings for a limited time. 

I am a RESA member how do I get my discount?

Login to the Members Only Resource Area from the RESA website here. Once you are logged in you can navigate to the registration page here and member pricing will automatically apply. If you need further assistance reach out to us at (888)-201-8687. 

I have not staged my first home yet - is this conference for me?

Absolutely! When we consider educational sessions for RESACON we try to make sure there are sessions for each level of business. Attending RESACON will help give you the tools and confidence you need to kickstart your staging business!

When do I get access to the on-demand sessions?

Attendees will gain access to on-demand sessions on September 30th 2021 and will have access to the content for 6 months following the event.

How long do I have access to the on-demand sessions?

Attendees who purchase individual sessions and VIP tickets will gain access to on-demand sessions on September 30th 2021 and will have access to the content for 6 months following the event.

Will the Keynote Sessions be recorded?

The live keynote sessions will be recorded and made available to VIP attendees. Replay access will end 6 months after you are granted access. 

Recordings will be online within 10 business days from the event for those qualified to access. 

When will the RESA Home Staging Industry Awards® Ceremony Take Place?

We will be hosting a virtual event in October. Dates to be determined.
