About Adrienne Lord

Founder | Staged to Sell Realty

After spending nearly two decades in the corporate world, most recently wrapping up a ten-year stint at Oracle, Adrienne decided to follow her passion and officially turn her long-time hobby into a staging business. Her background in technology and passion for interior design made home staging a perfect fit. Thus, Staged to Sell Design, was born! Adrienne is the RESA® Florida State President and the past president of Jacksonville RESA Chapter, a RESA Pro® Member, a RESA Approved Instructor and a top producing Florida Realtor®. Since 2018, she has owned her own boutique brokerage: Staged to Sell Realty with 14 agents. Adrienne is consistently in the top 15% of agents in her market. In 2019, Adrienne was awarded the RESA National Instructor of the Year and has been voted a top 75 Influential Person by her peers at RESA.

In addition to Staging and Real Estate, Adrienne is an often-requested public speaker and coach with workshops on relevant topics like: Navigating the Maze of Social Media for Businesses, Agent/Stager Personal Branding, So You Want to be a Vacant Stager?, Speaking the Language of Realtors® , and the ever popular: “The Business of Staging – It’s NOT PRETTY!”

When she’s not busy selling Real Estate and Staging, she can often be found teaching her fellow agents the RESA “Staging to Sell” course throughout Florida.
