Photo Styling Class and How It Relates to Home Staging

Ann Jensen Warren will teach home stagers how to think like a photo stylist! Photo stylists work with Creative Marketing Teams to produce photos used in commercial photography. In this class, you will expand your effectiveness as a home stager in your contribution to the Creative Marketing Team.

In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  1. Evaluating your work in seeing it through the lens of a camera.

  2. Creating a color story and product placement.

  3. Being part of the creative marketing team – understanding your role on the team.

  4. Discovery through interviews with photographers and luxury real estate agents to learn the overall objectives of the team photo styling and home staging are excellent ways to enjoy your creative talents and contribute to the visual marketing team in selling product or property! Learn how to see your work in new ways as you learn about photo styling!

About Ann Jensen Warren

Ann has worked with designers and stagers for many years in creating beautiful homes. Her work as a photo stylist in commercial photography allowed her to serve clients such as Target, Macys, Marshall Fields, Department 56, Hershey’s, and many others. She is a creative individual with a keen eye for detail. Whether in print work or interior home design, she is known for her creative flair and using it in a visual marketing capacity. Ann received an MBA from the University of St Thomas in 2016. She has owned several businesses and is a member of Who’s Who International. She loves interacting with her staff as well as clients to help them achieve their goals. Ann has many certifications and national awards in home staging. Her certifications include Staging for Vacant and Occupied Homes, Luxury Home Staging and Confident Color Specialist. She is a RESA-Pro® member and is active in the local and national Real Estate Staging Association®.

Ann loves to travel and experience new cultures. These experiences keep her vision fresh and current with trends. She loves spending time with family in MN where she has lived for over 25 years.
